Beautiful Day Fishing and the Menu Plan 7/26/22!

I was so excited today..it was beautiful and I went on the boat for the first time this summer!  The ankle is almost new again and I knew I wouldn't kill myself.  LOL.  The temperature was about 78 degrees.

The water was low, so we need more rain but we had a great time.  We even caught something...logs and weeds!   We are happy we were able to get out though. Fun times!

Here is what I plan to put on the table the rest of the week:

Monday                       Hamburger helper, potatoes, and corn

Tuesday                      Clean out the fridge day  (rest of green beans and steak fajitas)

Wednesday                  zucchini lasagna (zucchini is rolling out of the garden now)

 Thursday                    Leftovers

Friday                          Hamburgers

Saturday                       Rosemary and Thyme Marinated chicken

Sunday                        Easy Stuffed Peppers  (peppers are rolling in too)

So tell me how are things going or what's on your Menu?

  3. Our first home grown tomatoes from the Farmer's Market will be the star of the menu this week. Monday and Tuesday were BLT and salad days. We will continue like this until tomatoes are gone and then think of what else to eat...lol.
