I might just have some Irish oatmeal for supper. I ate a very late lunch. My daughter gave me a "jar of noodles" that she prepared. I didn't know it was "a thing". I'm out-of-the-loop. The last "food fad" of this type that I knew about was the overnight refrigerator oatmeal, which I never did try. Anyway, it was in a pint mason jar and all I did was add boiling water and let it set for 10 minutes. Then, I twirled the jar round and round to mix up the herbs and fresh spinach in the noodles. It was very tasty!
