Recipe: Flavor-full Turkey Burgers

I like to cook on a iron skillets.   The one shown is a grill pan iron skillet.

We love to go to the Farmers Market and visit the Turkey Store.   They have a wonderful variety of turkey products available.   We bought fresh ground turkey today and I decided we would use a pound of it for turkey burgers.   They sell three different grades of turkey -we love premium turkey because it has about 80 percent white and 20 percent dark meat which gives the turkey a little more flavor.

Turkey Burgers

1 pound of  ground turkey meat

1 1/2 tsp. of poultry seasoning

1 tsp. parsley flakes

salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well.   Make into burger patties.   I made 3 rather large size burgers out it.   Cook over medium heat till done.
