We have been without internet since Saturday morning just after I posted. Our appointment is for this afternoon from 1 to 3. I hope they can fix it soon.
So it's been a long weekend without TV or YouTube. Sometimes I worry about addiction to electronics. I mean I don't sit all day but after cleaning or gardening outside I do relax by turning on my computer or t.v.
So hopefully it will be fixed soon.
On other news youngest daughter us getting her vaccine today.! All adults in immediate family will then have the vaccine.
It's really hard for me to respond to comments this morning but I will read and publish every one. Know that no matter what is happening I'm thinking and praying for you!

Our rates are unbelievable..So glad everyone is vaccinated for now. Internet is up and ready!
DeleteI hope it is fixed soon! It is very quiet here today after having our middle son and family here for several days. We enjoyed seeing them so much and loved on the grandchildren every minute they were here.

DeleteI'm disappointed in myself when I miss electronics. I used to have no problem at all entertaining myself & relaxing without them. But I do get lots of practice. We have to unplug our internet every time a thunder storm comes through....which can be two or three times a week in spring. We're at the end of a line & power surges or lightning strikes travel down the line to us. We've lost modems, landline phones....even our well was once affected. We've tried surge protectors but I don't think there is one strong enough to handle the ones we get so we unplug.

Oh that's wild Jenny about the storm surges. I don't believe they could make a surge protector strong enough for that either. You kniw, I had got rid of all the baby dvds and tapes. I'll need to restock older kids movies so I'll be if this happens again. I'll be looking at garage sales!
DeleteWe actually keep an extra modem on hand just in case ours gets fried. It's usually the first thing to go. That way we don't have to wait days/weeks for the repairman. We've become really good at setting it all up ourselves.

DeleteEvent center here is doing vaccines 3 days a week the biggest place in this city. Glad your internet problem is fixed now.
ReplyDeletethose mass vaccination sites are the best way to get a lot of people shots at once. We went to the airport today for youngest daughter and she was vaccinated through the window. You gotta love that. The national guard was there to help. These memories will be forever ingrained in our minds I think Kim.
DeleteGetting my second shot tomorrow, some of our children are not getting the shots. Makes me sad told them with my health issues I can not visit them.
