We woke up to the 50's and a chill in the air. Tomorrow there will be a warm up so we will be back to summertime weather for a few days. I know the end is near though. I was thinking what signals Fall more than stuffed green peppers, so that's what's on the menu for today.
Monday Stuffed green peppers (no rice) and a salad
Tuesday Green beans/with potatoes and sauerkraut with sliced leftover hotdogs
Wednesday Out to eat
Thursday Spaghetti made with spaghetti squash noodles
Friday Rosemary and Thyme Grilled chicken and a salad.
Saturday Pork Chops with fresh green beans (there should be more to pick by now) and some new potatoes
Sunday Homemade Pizza (low carb)
Breakfast: Oatmeal x2, waffles, eggs and bacon x2, and scrambles eggs with cheese x2
