Sorry there isn't a picture on this post. Our computer's hard drive quit. We will be looking for one this weekend. I'm on my kindle now ...it's very hard to type with just my finger! I think I finally can copy and paste though. Let me tell you though this thing has a mind of it's own. So please forgive me about any errors.
I feel as though I've lost my way with watching my diet. I was doing trim healthy mama until I found that dairy and chocolate were not my friend. I need to find desserts than will work for my situation now or make some up myself. I'm not giving up though ! This menu plan helps not only with watching our budget but also with me trying to get my mind back on watching my weight.
After eating our leftovers last week I'm going to make sure every Wednesday is leftover day...saves time, food wasted, and energy making a meal.

Thursday pizza casserole (recipe from THM)
Friday spaghetti (I use zucchini noodles)
Saturday baked chicken breast
