My Goals for this week 12/14/15

Gingerbread cookies

I got busy and made a double batch of gingerbread cookies this past week. They were so good I quickly froze them before I would eat too many!   I'll drag them out slowly.

I find that I just have to let something go in order to do the things I love to do. I usually try and have a clean kitchen to work in but you may find toys scattered all over the living room.   It's good to turn a blind eye every once in a while!  I hope any visitors do too!

It's hard to believe it's December here in Michigan and we are loving it. We had wonderful weather on our drive Saturday and we feel more relaxed now. Date night  day is a good thing!

Here is what I have accomplished this past week:

write a book review.

Work on Pinterest.   You can now find me on Pinterest at Vickie@Vickie's Kitchen and Garden.  I'm still working on this.  Last week flew by and I didn't have a chance. off the list till after Christmas

Make a freezer meal or two.  I've already printed some recipes I've found.

Make Christmas cookies!

Decorate for Christmas (so far I've just decorated the mantle)  I've decided I've done all I want to this year!

Keep wrapping Christmas presents and help daughter start with her wrapping (she broke her arm).

Exercise in some form -yoga or walking as much as possible.  I loved walking on the treadmill three times last week.  I'll try to do some more this week.

Earn at least 15 Swagbucks a day.  Since I've been doing this I've earned four $5.00 gift cards!  Many times I just earn this by searching.

Read the Bible and memorize more scripture. This can totally go by the wayside when I get busy.  I need to make this a priority.

What I hope to accomplish this week:

Office Work

Write a book review.

House Work:

Clean oven and refrigerator.

Make a freezer meal- Last week I made lasagna and chicken cornbread recipe I found in the book Made with Love.

Make more Christmas cookies.

Mail off Christmas gifts to sister and wrap up a few more gifts to everyone else.
