Icicles hanging off our roof this week. |
Here are the frugal things that I accomplished this past week:
I earned a $5.00 gift card from Swagbucks for Amazon.
I received notice I earned 4.66 for my book I traded into Amazon! I was given amazon credit.
I made up two freezer meals as I made our regular meals. I now have Chicken Pot Pie and Salmon Patties ready to go for next week or whenever I need them.
I found a sled that was big enough to hold two people for $1.99 at Goodwill. It was a great find. With all the snow we have been getting, all the local stores are now sold out of sleds.
When I went to the library and they had a few books for sale. I found a very new looking Captain Underpants hardcover book and CD for my grandson for 50 cents. He is very much in to Captain Underpants right now. I'm going to save this book to go with the card (I got free from Cherishables) and a box of chocolates for $1.00 at Big Lots for his Valentine's Day gift.
I crochet the grandbaby a red hat for Valentines Day.
