I have determined it's not the actual cooking that takes up so much time here at my house. It's the cleanup! The pots and pans from yesterday's dinner are still in the sink. I'm going to try to finish them before we head out to some garage sales this morning. Thank goodness for dishwashers!
The weather has been gorgeous here and we are going to grill out today before the cold weather comes back! I don't know about you but when I get the grill hot I love to fill it full. Enough meat to last a couple of days and also to make some freezer meals.
Sunday Grilled Chicken
Monday Pinto beans (made with frozen ham bone) with grilled smoked sausage
(Skillet cornbread if I have enough energy)
Tuesday Leftovers
Wednesday Sourdough Waffles (didn't get to it last week)
Thursday Pizza (frozen meal)
Friday Ham and cheese omelettes (froze enough ham from Easter for this)
Saturday BBQ chicken (frozen meal)
What's on your menu?
