We had some record breaking cold, snow,and Graupel this past week. I was so lucky to get to grill out last Saturday. We have been promised a return to Spring this week and I'm counting on it. I'll grill out again on Sunday and fill up the BBQ for a couple of meals.
I have to think ahead too now, because with the warmer weather comes garage sale season. So I'll want to make a crockpot meal or a easy meal towards the end of the week because we are always hungry when we come back from a morning full of garage sailing.
We are excited because next weekend is the big one, a 46 mile long garage sale! It doesn't matter what the weather is, we always manage to go to it every year. It would make it more fun though if it was a nice warm sunny day!
Sunday Hamburgers on the Grill
Monday Grilled Pork Chops
Tuesday Leftovers
Thursday Breakfast for dinner: Sausage, eggs, and biscuits.
Friday Spaghetti made with ground turkey from Aldi's.
