It amazes me how much our garden helps us with dinner every day. It even comes in handy for church. I made up some vegetables for a funeral dinner we hosted. All were eaten but the banana peppers (I think just a few of them were tried). Love this time of year!
The menu plan changes frequently in my home with use of leftovers or special occasions that come up. With that in mind I have decided to tell you what we have had this past week instead of what I have planned ahead.
This last week's menu:
Sunday Spaghetti (I used my frozen browned hamburger and zucchini noodles)
Monday Smoked Sausage and Baked Beans
Wednesday Grilled Hamburgers
Thursday Canoeing- Out to eat (KFC with coupon ending up $11.00 for two)
Friday Cabbage Casserole (made two -one for funeral dinner and one for home)
Saturday Green Beans, Cooked Cabbage, Cornbread, and Ham Leftover from Funeral dinner (I'm going out to pick beans now)
