Every little bit counts towards saving money and this is an easy tip. Long ago, I quickly realized that I was letting my SOS pads rust before I would have a chance to use them again. Not only were they rusting but they were leaving a rust mark on my sink. Many times I would just through them away because of the junk that had accumulated on them. Money was being thrown in the trash can!
So I started cutting them in half. I guess you could even cut them in fourths if that would help you. I find though that I have a hard time scrubbing pots if its too small.
