Christmas Gifts I've Made this Week 11/18/15-Week #2

Crochet hook Case

Where do all the crochet hooks go?  I believe they are like socks and they will never be found. Gone forever to crochet heaven. I made this Crochet Hook Case by Priscilla's Crochet for a Christmas present for my youngest daughter. I made it pink so maybe she will be able to find it easy!  The only thing I added to the original pattern was a scalloped edge.

Cost Breakdown:

FREE!!

Used leftover yarn!

Already had a button!

I will go buy her more crochet hooks though ...the ones shown in the picture are mine.

Homemade bag

I also remade this bag from our vision store into a gift bag.   I just used a leftover Christmas card and glued it to the front and back with tulle as a bow.

I bought a large roll of tulle at a garage sale for $1.00 thinking it would be good for the dish scrubbies but it was too soft.

This is also another great way to reuse Christmas cards!
