I want to give the grandchildren a book a day for 25 days in December. Yesterday I was able to buy quite a few at a sale but still have a ways to go. December will be here before I know it!
I feet a great sense of accomplishment when I made these Christmas gifts last week. I hope to make some more small gifts for family this week.
Other news:
Our oldest daughter came and dropped off the turkey for Thanksgiving dinner last night. I was so glad I got the freezer thawed out! Usually I don't thaw out the freezer in the Fall but someone had left the door open a crack and caused the ice to build up. Sad thing is, it could have been me!
Here is what I accomplished last week:
Clean out my closet in the bedroom.
Finish infinity scarf and make more dish scrubbies. The scarf and the scrubbies are both pretty simple patterns. Something I can do while watching T.V.
Exercise in some form -yoga or walking as much as possible. Having a cold has derailed this lofty goal-it's hard to breathe when exercising!
Office Work
Write a book review.
House and Garden Work:
Clean out my closet in the bedroom.
Sewing and Crocheting
DIY some Christmas Gifts this week.

Saving Money
Find more books for grandchildren (either on sale or used).
Start saving more money with coupons. I managed yesterday to get some mouthwash for a great deal.
Personal Goals
Exercise in some form -yoga or walking as much as possible.
Earn at least 15 Swagbucks a day. Since I've been doing this I've earned four $5.00 gift cards! Many times I just earn this by searching.
Read the Bible and memorize more scripture. I'm very slow at this -especially the one from last week. I think I'm more like a scripture verse a month, sort of girl.
What are your goals for this week?
