I hope you had a wonderful Christmas. We certainly did but Christmas felt a little funny here with 50 degree temperatures and rain at times. We had to laugh a little when the wonderful grandson told us that Santa couldn't come without snow. You see in his short life we probably have never had a Christmas without it! He found out though it was possible....boy he was glad. Kids make Christmas that's for sure.
Now about this weather, we had a tornado in southern Michigan! One weather man told us we had never had a tornado in December before. I'm so thankful that it wasn't a bad one. My prayers are with the families that were devastated by the tornadoes in MS. Such heartbreak.
Our menu changes frequently in my home with use of leftovers, garden produce, deals, or special occasions that come up. With that in mind I have decided to tell you what we have had this past week instead of what I have planned ahead.
Sunday Golden Corral -daughter's treat!
Monday Hot dogs
Tuesday Pork chops, Mustard Greens, Mashed Potatoes
Wednesday Freezer Meal -Lasagna
Thursday Spaghetti
Friday Christmas Dinner
Saturday A replay of Christmas Dinner
What was on your menu?
