I bet I'm driving the neighbors crazy though. It was just warm enough here the day I made this to have a window open. I know that sweet smell had to travel over to their house!
I hope that you have some of Gwen's bread ready to go in the fridge. Okay, if you don't just take a deep breath and make a batch. Now it won't be long, and you too can be in Cinnamon Swirl Bread Heaven!
This bread is good just for eating in slices or to use for French toast in the morning.

For the Dough:
Divide Gwen's Bread Recipe into 4 equal parts -for this recipe you will use 1/4 plus one half of another 1/4. Gently mix 1 1/2 Tbsp. of Truvia with the dough. Roll out the dough on parchment paper with a rolling pin into a 10x8 rectangle.
For the Filling:
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup of truvia
Mix the Cinnamon and Truvia and spread evenly over the bread. Sprinkle lightly with water. Then tightly roll up jelly roll style, starting at the short side of the dough. To seal, pinch the ends and the seam.
Let dough rest while oven is preheating to 400 degrees. Then bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
