It's so hot here that I don't even want to think about menu planning. I'm so glad that I threw hamburgers and extra steak on the grill yesterday. There is also left over salad from our dinner. This will help me till this little heat wave is over that we are having here in Michigan. I hope those weathermen are right!
I actually fell asleep last night on the couch watching reruns of Living in Alaska. I believe I could do it.
Menu Plan for this week 6/18/18
Monday Cheeseburgers (without the bun) and a salad
Tuesday Steak fajitas (low carb wrap)
Wednesday Tuna fish sandwiches wrapped in lettuce and baked sweet potatoes
Thursday BBQ Pork chops, green beans, and salad if needed
Friday Grilled Hassle-back Fajita Stuffed Chicken with roasted sweet potatoes
Saturday Leftovers
Sunday Oldest daughter bought us a meal last week for Father's day. There was a lot left over and I froze it. I will just warm it up and serve sides.
