My Menu Plan for this Week 2/11/19!

Valentine's day is coming this week!   You know we don't make a huge deal out of it but we do express our love for each other.  He will buy me flowers (he bought me this orchid yesterday-Aldi's )  and I will fix his favorite meal.  I love flowers and the way to his heart is an apple pie!   We are so easy to please!

I hope each one of you have a wonderful Valentine's day!

Here is my Menu Plan for this week:

Monday                  Chicken fajitas (low carb tortilla)

Tuesday                  Bacon Cheeseburger pie, green beans

Wednesday             Left overs

Thursday                 Grilled Rosemary Pork chops (on the George Foreman), mashed potatoes, gravy, and an apple pie (A Valentine's day cheat meal)

Friday                     Leftovers (I'm just going to make enough of those pork chops to go another meal but we will have a salad to go with it)

Saturday                 Pigs in a blanket (hot dogs wrapped in fat head dough)

Sunday                    Homemade Big Mac Hamburger (no bun)

What's on your menu plan for this week?

  1. We've already exchanged Valentines. My husband came home from errands last Friday with a beautiful white bouquet with a few spots of red. It's one of the prettiest color combinations he's given to me. I gave him a bag of Dove dark chocolate hearts. He plans to take of work Thursday & Friday though both days are filled with other things...babysitting, groceries, a meal for friends, the groomer for the dog. & on & on it goes. But the errands will be much easier with him off work doing them together.

  2. Hubby and I will be attending a brunch at church on Thursday. The men of the church are cooking for the ladies. So sweet!

  3. We don't make a big deal either but we did pick up some candy and cards for Thursday. It is our tradition to have ribs on Valentine's Day and I promised Hubby his favorite breakfast at Cracker Barrel. I am hoping it is not mobbed.
