My Menu Plan for This Week 4/29/19!

The weekend sometimes can exhaust me.  This past one really did between grocery shopping and garage sales, I felt like we just ran all weekend.  So, today is an easy day and we are having hot dogs that we grilled out and froze a couple of weeks ago.  You got to have easy days that's for sure.  Dinner doesn't have to be hard to please everyone (thank goodness).

Here is what I plan to have for dinner this week:

Monday                    Hot dogs  (fat head dough for hot dog bun)

Tuesday                    Out to Eat

Wednesday               Baked Chicken, sweet potato, salad

Thursday                  Chicken Fajitas (low carb tortilla) made with leftover chicken

Friday                       Spaghetti

Saturday                   Leftovers

Sunday                     Grilled Rosemary Pork chops, salad, and green beans

     What's on your menu?

Grilled hot dogs sound so good. My Mom said they had them yesterday and I was already thinking we have to make some. We had chicken chow mien yesterday and will have mac n cheese with ham today. I also have lemon garlic salmon and a Mediterranean orzo skillet on the menu this week. We are sick of eating out after our trip last week so I am looking forward to week of cooking at home.

You should try this if your family likes mexican. https://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-slow-cooker-chicken-burrito-bowls-207333 I use 2 tsp of cumin to give it more flavor. I used canned corn if I don't have frozen and I make my own black beans from dried (I usually have some leftovers frozen). This dish freezes well too.
