We starting again...we fell off the low carb bandwagon so we are starting again. Oh we mostly had low carb dinners but listen the other parts of the day were donuts and McDonald's ice cream. So, bear with me as I try my best to jazz up my menu with low carb delights.
You know, we both gained back some of the weight we lost this past year. So now, since Saturday, we have been back to eating healthier. No more junk! It will take lots of willpower. Once you've went crazy, it's hard.
Here is what I plan to put on the table this week:
Monday Grilled chicken and green beans
Tuesday Big Mac Salad
Wednesday Low carb pizza
Thursday Bean/hamburger burritos with low carb tortilla
Friday Leftovers
Saturday Out to eat (we have a gc from a neighbor for Golden Corral so we will watch it and have low carb there)
Sunday Turkey noodle soup (made with spaghetti squash noodles from the garden)
Breakfasts
Boiled eggs, oatmeal x3, chocolate gravy, waffles 2x with blueberry syrup (Trim Healthy Mama recipe)
Lunch
You are on your own.
What do you have planned for the dinner table this week?
Be sure to

Sounds like a great week for you menu Lana! The carrots paired with the pizza sounds like something we need to try.
I too eat low carb - most of the time. I do have to admit that I fell off the wagon rather spectacularly this past weekend. Bread, scone and a chocolate bar - went a bit mad! But back on the straight and narrow today.
Dinners will be salads with a different protein at least 4 nights out of 7 - it was chicken today - tomorrow it will be shrimp - followed by hard boiled eggs and cheese - and finally - I'll use up whatever leftovers need to be used up.
The other 3 nights I'll be out one evening - but I plan on a steak with lots of steamed veg and probably bacon and eggs with veg for my final dinner of the week.
I don't cook much in the summer - mostly assemble things but I've got a new KETO cookbook ready to try some new recipes once it cools down enough in a few weeks.
I do need more ideas..I'm going to look into a few cookbooks. It's hard to start again. Your dinners sound good. Have a great night.
