Our $25 Christmas Present Limit (the lawn chair redo)

We want to save money so that we can take a big trip this year with everyone, so we decided everyone will be on a $25.00 gift limit for Christmas.

This chair, end table, and bird house were picked up from the curbside a couple of weeks ago.  Without  a place to sit in her back yard, I knew my oldest daughter would love it.

After:

I painted it blue/gold for U of M.  She has already come over and had a good sit on it at my house. We plan to deliver it to her this weekend and let her enjoy the rest of the good weather in it.

Total cost of the paint:  $14.00

Yes that's so true Lana. I think we will go back to regular Christmas next year but the experience will be great.
