I'm so glad the weather man was wrong yesterday and we are hearing the sounds of  rain with a bit of thunder.  I could make a recording for you to sleep by because that's what I did this morning.  Best sleep ever!   I  just said yesterday how hot and dry  it was.  I was really getting very tired of watering everything.  So, we are blessed today!

I haven't turned on the news yet about to hear about the hurricane.  I'm praying this morning for everyone's safety.

Did you get some rain yet?

So glad you got some rain and some sleep.
We had a little rain last night, but it will be hot today. I think we will get more rain Friday once the hurricane moves up the country.

I am glad you got rain and I am glad we are not! It has been raining daily for weeks and it is just too wet. We are supposed to have high winds Saturday from the hurricane so I am hoping it dries out some so that we don't have any trees blow down. That hurricane is now supposed to be a category 4. Not good.

No rain here. I do so hope we get some. It's so dry now that just walking across the yard kicks up dust.

I bought a splash pad on clearance for my grandson. I was going to put it away for next summer but thought we should try it out to make sure nothing was wrong. With 80 & 90' temps this week it will feel good. This morning we played in it a good hour & a half. It's a great way to burn off some energy.

it was so nice and cool this morning but now the sun is shinning brightly and we are around 90. We turned back on the air.
I think we are supposed to get more rain Friday too.

it's going to be catastrophic hurricae they are saying the category 4 is huge. Not good at all. Hope it dries out for you soon.

Oh they so love those splash pads! That's always my goal too -make them tired ha ha. We did so much yesterday they are just lounging around today.
With this rain we just might have to mow. It's been a long time.
