There is always a day in the week I noticed where I'm just late and can't get with it.  Today is the day I guess.  We spent the night taking back the shelf we bought for the garage.  We decided it was way too large. 

Then, I woke up in the middle of the night and cleaned my kitchen.  Mind you we live in a 1200 square foot house so I hope I didn't wake up anyone.  I finished last nights supper dishes, cleaned counters, and mopped the floor.  Husband can usually sleep through anything, so I think I'm good.  Then I went back to sleep, of course and here I am. 

Sometimes life is crazy!

    I would get up & clean in the night if I didn't have to work so hard during the day.

    My tested negative again for covid but he is still very sick. We're pretty confident it's his yearly sinus infection that he gets every fall ...& has since he was a young boy, poor kid. So my d-i-l will go back to work tomorrow & I'll have my grandson the rest of the week.

    I'm roasting up the last of my cherry tomatoes today & will take a jar to my neighbor. I really don't need any more. She's packing up to move in the new year & is giving me her pet fish for my grandson. I am so so very sad she's moving. We've been neighbors for over 30 yrs but she's in her 70s & needs to move closer to her son.

    I hope you sleep much better tonight.

      Such great news but I'm sorry he is still sick. I do one w those sinus problems can make you feel so bad. Maybe the doctor can give him something.

    Glad you were able to go back to sleep. I'm sure your kitchen looks great, and it was a better use of being awake than my usual being awake and fretting. Sometimes I can't shut my brain down.

      Yep There was no slowing down the mind and the kitchen was a disaster. I think it's just a part of growing old.
