Halloween

So far, the grand kids have been to a trunk or treat, a school drive through, and a historic village drive through  for Halloween.  This weekend they will go to a dog Halloween party and another historic village event.  They won't be going door to door but it's been a great year for Halloween for them! Believe me, they are not hurting for candy or fun!  I love how businesses, schools, and churches are looking out for the kids safety while still planning fun.

I packaged up my candy and delivered it to the neighbors kids a couple of days ago.  All lights will be off here but I feel like I still participated in some way.

What are you doing for Halloween or what's going on in your neck of the woods!

I'm so glad the grands have been able to have fun while still being safe. It's great that the community has figured out so many new ways to celebrate.
There have been some unusual happenings here. They had a drive thru circus trunk or treat, and a Halloween light show, but I think the strangest was a haunted car wash instead of a haunted house. :)

Oh I think I would have to go the haunted car wash just to see it! All of them are so cool sounding! Love it.

We live in the woods so nothing goes on right around here for Halloween. We'll do the usual junk food and watch a movie. Though we can't agree on a movie - yet. Ann

Well we only had to watch our grandson for about 3 & a half hours today so that was unexpected. Our son got up early & came for him....I hope he's getting enough sleep because he's still pretty sick.

We took our grandson to a local trail then out for a drive through happy meal.

A movie sounds good and warm! It's freezing here Ann and we are seeing that snow you talked about!
