So the forecast is for snow..maybe.  One model shows we may get 5 to 6 inches around Tuesday night the next says the snow misses us completely.  One thing for certain is we are going to have a frost.

It's been a beautiful Spring and these weird snows seem to always happen around this time of year.  We have had a wonderful Spring though!  No real big complaints here.

Here are some pictures of Spring blooms in my garden.

Bleeding hearts are a favorite this time of year!
Our peach tree that was given to me by a wonderful friend is blooming this year.  Probably should cover it up somehow.  Peaches!

Tulips -I'm tempted to pick a bouquet.

How's it going in your neck of the woods?

Snow? Oh wow, I hope not. We are expecting a freeze Wed and Thurs. :( I'll need to bring some of my plants in, but hopefully it will be the last freeze.
Love the pictures! Your tulips are gorgeous! and I love bleeding hearts. Hope your peach tree blossoms survive the cold ok.
Have a great week.

Yea I hope not either. Kind of done with that snow now!
You have a great week too.

Pretties! You better cover the bleeding hearts too - they seem so fragile.
We will get a freeze a couple nights and some snow - nothing much. UGH

It is hard to believe they are calling for snow this week. It snowed in the Smokies last night and they are calling for more this week. Crazy weather. LOL

Yep, it's those late freezes and snows you have to watch out for. Come back Spring!

It looks like we're going to have a hard freeze tonight too. I'm covering a few things...my tomatoes, bleeding heart & maybe some iris. I have a lot blooming right now & can't cover it all.

I'm using empty flower pots to cover smaller plants...just turn them upside down over the plant. Large flower pots & trashcans for larger plants & sheets for everything else. I've wrapped large plants with sheets before then pinned them closed with clothes pins.

good ideas Jenny..I'm going on there with a sheet tonight for the peach tree. That's the only thing I'm really concerned about-the bleeding hearts should be ok and we don't plant tomatoes here till end of May (good thing!) I'm glad your prepared!
