The goodies we found yesterday at the M15 garages sales (46 miles long) are scattered throughout both houses. So it's hard to round everything up to show a picture of it all.
I felt like a lot of the sales were a bit over priced but we still found a lot of treasures and had a lot of fun.
Here is a list of what everyone bought:
Granddaughter -This is her favorite time of year. She gets so excited!
Teddy Bear -$1.00
Porcelain Doll-for $5.00. I think she loves the idea of something that's so pretty and she is so careful with them.
Multiple blankets -.25 to .50 each
Bottles for the dolls- .50 each
Little toys for her dolls .50 to 1.00
It's all about dolls.
Grandson...Not sure if he really wanted to go but he came and was so hopeful he would find something to buy.
Found! A electric typewriter that types both English and Japanese. Kind of like a early computer. He sat for hours yesterday and read manuals to figure it out. He was impressed with the disks and the ink. It belonged to a missionary who lived in Japan so it was so neat to read the inspiring letters on the used disks. - $10.00 and worth every single penny.
Husband-
A small fan. -$2.00
A lot of other stuff that he seemed to hid behind his back as he walked by. I've been Spring cleaning and I think he is a little afraid.
Me-Nothing. Maybe we will go again today. Just so I can find something, you know?

I had to chuckle about your husband sneaking around with his finds. My husband can be that way too but I'm the one who sneaks in thrift shop finds. He doesn't enjoy any kind of shopping at all.
I like your husband I don't like to shop well except for garage sales!
Have a fun weekend! :-)
You too Melissa!
What a neat typewriter! And you even have a little bit of the history behind it, how neat! I laughed out loud at your dh walking by you with stuff hidden behind his back. LOL
He says he didn't buy any except the fan. I guess I just couldn't believe that.
Sounds fun!
You found some great treasures. That typewriter sounds so cool, and I'm glad your grandson enjoyed figuring out how it worked. Smart boy!
Beautiful porcelain doll too.
We had such fun!
