As I was looking around the garden I noticed plants growing where I haven't planted any yet. Funny thing is they were scattered everywhere I had threw a pumpkin in the garden last fall. Volunteer pumpkin plants were everywhere!
I quickly decided they needed to be planted where they grow best ..in the back of the garden. So now, I have a densely planted, crooked row of pumpkins with two rows of corn planted right beside them.
There are still many more plants out there.
