Frugal Friday 4/29/22

Here are the ways I've saved this week:

Here it is early Spring and I'm living in the garden every day.  I love it!

Husband made me a watering can from a Milk Jug for my greenhouses.  I have watering cans but I needed something more manageable.

I used egg shells and egg cartons to plant my last seeds to go in the greenhouse.  I planted coleus, watermelon, and honey rocks.   The cost of the fruit is out of control.  We love watermelon and honey rock so hopefully they will do well.

Next year I would love to have all my containers filled with dirt and stored in the green houses in the Fall.  It would be much easier in the Spring.

For the outside garden, I planted green onions and sugar snap peas.

Tip of the day:

Old lady (or young lady who doesn't have time) spring cleaning:

I used a Swiffer mop to clean the ceilings and walls in the kitchen.  So easy!

What are the ways you saved this past week?

Hi Vickie, I came by to return the blog visit and thank you for taking the time to comment on mine. The milk jug waterer is very clever! I don't buy a lot of milk, but will certainly put this idea to use.
