Frugal ways-Garage Sale Season has Started and What's Growing 4/14/23!

We are so excited for the 80 degree weather this week because we knew there would be garage sales around.  This morning we found coffee cups (4 for $3.00), measuring cup with a lid for $3.00, 2 women's wallets $3 a piece, $3 for the thermos, plus $3.00 for a swiffer brand new in box, and $3.00 for rain boots.  Everything we wanted was $3.00!

There was a lot more we found too!  So happy that they have started.

I painted a lot that was in the yard, like the bird house pole and the bench.  I still need to do some more but we are expected to have snow by Monday so it will have to wait awhile.

We got a free dump permit for our yard waste from the city.

What's growing in the window:

Tomato's

Herbs:   Oregano (in another pot), Thyme,  and Rosemary

Outside in the cold frame:

Sage in front and Marigolds in the back.

On the second shelf I have lettuce that I need to pick in the corner and cabbages are starting to grow.

How's it going in your neck of the woods?
