Goals for the Week- 11/16/14 - He won't even miss it! I hope!

While my husband was gone last week I might have took a break from cooking, but I became a wild woman cleaning the house. Don't get me wrong I miss him when he's gone but I can really get things done when he is not here.  If you know what I mean.

I totally cleaned the refrigerator, something I usually do in increments because it's not my favorite thing to do.   Then I continued on to the bedroom, where I sorted our closet moving the spring/summer clothes to make room for the winter ones (concentrating on his side).  I still leave all clothes on the rod when I do this.  I just switch winter clothes to the front where we can reach them and the spring/summer to the back of the rod.   This solves the problem of limited space at our house for storage and also keeps clothes available for our ever-changing seasons.  In the past we have needed  sweatshirts in the summer etc.

As I was sorting out his clothes, I found one of his favorite sweatshirts that was full of pills.  We do have one of those little gadgets that takes off pills but I couldn't find it anywhere.  No problem, or so I thought, when I found a solution online that involved using a disposable razor.   Well, to make a long story short,  I might have pressed too hard because it developed a rather large hole near the collar.  I didn't even save it for the rag pile or I would surely be found out!  He won't even miss it!  I hope!

Here are the goals I finished this past week:

Write a book review (this keeps me on my toes -I love it)

Find ways to improve blog

Stay on plan for diet.  (this is a weekly struggle for me ...especially with any added stress, sickness or holidays..basically anytime!)

Earn at least 50 Swagbucks a day.  (many times I earn more).

Read the Bible more.

Exercise at least 3 times a week (I will increase this later)

Try to stay positive or find something each day to talk about that's great!

Wipe shelves of the refrigerator.(I cleaned the whole thing!)

Start on a new crochet blanket.  I found the pattern for free online...the printer is working.

Cook up meals ahead for when my daughter has her baby.  (so far I've made waffles and a meatloaf ahead)

Goals for this week - 11/16/2014

Office Work

Write a book review. (I need to write two this week to catch up)

Find ways to improve the blog.  My number one goal for this is to slow down and proofread before I  hit publish.   I am sorry to the first couple of people who read my posts!

Personal Goals

Stay on plan for diet.  (this is a weekly struggle for me ...especially with any added stress, sickness or holidays..basically anytime!)

Earn at least 50 Swagbucks a day.  (many times I earn more).

Read the Bible more.

Exercise at least 3 times a week (I will increase this later)- Because of the weather I've been walking at the local mall.  They open up early for mall walkers.

Try to stay positive or find something each day to talk about that's great!  When I have stress this is hard to do but I've been working on it each day.

Kiss my husband each morning!

Extra Cleaning (beyond the call of duty)

Clean the front closet. I decided last week it was better to clean the bedroom closet.

Things I love to do!

Finish the baby blanket...I think I can get this done this week.

Cook up meals ahead for when my daughter has her baby.  (so far I've made waffles, a meatloaf ahead, I've bought a chicken and roast for the crock pot, and I have made cookies).
