New things this week:
My husband had his first taste of sourdough bread last week or least his first taste that I know of. I made him a grilled ham sandwich made with sourdough bread and he loved it. Not bad at all he said. I guess we are never too old to try new things. I think he'll love his BLT on sourdough too so I'm going to give it a try this week.
When I make my dumplings this week for chicken and dumplings I'm also going to try a friend's suggestion to make another batch and freeze them. Her mother always did this and it was a easy meal for her. I'm all for another freezer meal suggestion!

Monday Chicken and dumplings (made with leftover chicken)
Tuesday Meatloaf (frozen meal -didn't get to it last week)
Thursday Hamburger Stew (didn't get to it last week)
Saturday BLT's on sourdough
