It's turned chilly here in Michigan and Fall is knocking on our door...rather loudly! I'm still in the garden though busy harvesting what is left. I saved the seed this past week from the rattlesnake beans. I plan to save more next week. This saves us a lot of money on seed costs in the Spring.
We have a wedding to go to and they are registered at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I bought a discounted gift card from Gift Card Granny and made sure I used my 20% off coupon. The icing on the cake was the free gift wrapping they offered!
I exercised this week for free on xfinity. They have many different programs including walking and yoga. We also took the beautiful grandbaby for a stroll in the nature park.
I did the Kroger survey on my receipt for more fuel points. I also downloaded this week's free coupon on Friday.
We resisted the urge to eat out when I collapsed on Thursday from a late night of reading! Sandwiches and soup were on the menu instead. I have freezer dinners but I didn't even want a dish to clean! I'm blessed with an understanding husband. He knows that sometimes I just need to take time for myself.
What ways have you saved money this week?
