I'm rolling with the hamburger this week on the menu plan. It's $1.99 a pound at Meijer so I'm going to stock up this morning. I bought a lot of tupperware hamburger freezer storage things at garage sales this summer. So I'm freezing ready to make hamburgers today.
The garden is coming in steady so now my sides for dinner are easy. I just go out and pick what's ready so far, tomatoes for sliced tomatoes or salads, green beans, or cucumbers that we got from another local gardener. I love stuffed peppers too.
Menu plan for this week 8/13/18!
Monday Big Mac Salad (grilled hamburgers for the grandchildren)- we have leftover sauce from last week.
Tuesday Hamburger stew (no potatoes)
Wednesday Meatloaf, sliced tomatoes, green beans
Thursday Leftovers
Friday Chili
Saturday Leftover chili and a salad
Sunday I say chicken -he will say pork chops. We will see whoever wins!
