My Grocery Shopping Total for the Week of 11/10/18!

Last week we went over our grocery budget by $50.00 so I gave it my all and tried this week to cut back.   I loved shopping at Dollar General and saving!  The grand kids loved the fries but the compleat meal was given a oh hum by the youngest daughter.

I also tried shopping  for deals in the morning at Kroger  (8:45 a.m.).   I wanted to see what discount tags I could find.  I  must not  have been early enough because all the shelves were empty where the tags where.  I'll try again next week.

I still need to go down $23.00 next week but I'm on a roll!

If you have never read my grocery totals before here is a little Information:

I want to keep our grocery budget at $100.00. I always forget to clarify how many people live here permanently and who we have her to babysit.   We have 3 people that live here (youngest daughter buys some of her groceries) and we babysit two grandchildren (although now they will be in school most days).

We also want to eat healthy so our grocery bill is a little higher than we are used to.  Like my husband says, "our health is our wealth."
