Grocery Shopping total for this week 12/1/18!

We came within $2.00 of our grocery budget for this month!   I'm thinking I'm getting better at this and maybe someday I could handle going even lower.  Do you guys carry a calculator when you go grocery shopping?   I don't but I'm thinking I should and that would help me with the grocery bill too!  It's something to think about!  

If you have never read my grocery totals before here is a little Information:

I want to keep our grocery budget at $100.00. I always forget to clarify how many people live here permanently and who we have her to babysit.   We have 3 people that live here (youngest daughter buys some of her groceries) and we babysit two grandchildren (although now they will be in school most days).

We also want to eat healthy so our grocery bill is a little higher than we are used to.  Like my husband says, "our health is our wealth."

Aldi's

2 Half and Half $1.55 each
Turkey snack sticks $3.49
Ground Beef $8.23  
Gala Apples $1.39
Rice Krispie (Aldi Brand) cereal $1.19
3 gallons of whole Milk$1.98 each

This puts us over $1.36...this is close enough for this month for me!
