It's cooler here so I actually feel like cooking inside. I just didn't want to heat the house up before with the humidity we've been having. We stopped at a farm market and bought zucchini for Lasagna noodles so I'm excited about that. It's feels so good to plan to cook inside again.
Here is what I plan to have on the table this week:
Monday Lasagna (made with zucchini and grilled hamburger I froze from last week)
Tuesday Leftover Lasagna
Wednesday Smoked sausage and sauerkraut (baked beans for those people who stick up their noses to the sauerkraut -LOL)
Thursday Turkey (frozen from last sale), sweet potatoes, and green beans
Friday Turkey sandwiches
Saturday Turkey Salad Sandwiches (I will freeze the rest of the leftover turkey)
Sunday Eat out (Seize the deal bargain for a pizza place)
