Monday's are hard some weeks. It's amazing what can happen over the weekend that has to be done on Monday. Dinner needs to be made no matter what though so I'm glad we have leftovers from the dinner we had yesterday. It's a easy meal today, so we can get busy and get things done that we need to.
With the kids having many half days this week, I'm ready to steer away from the plan and use some the frozen meals if I have, just in case I collapse ha ha. I tried though to make those days kid and grandma friendly. I hope it works.
Here is what I plan to put on the table this week:
Monday Leftover Fried Chicken, corn, and sweet potatoes
Tuesday Fish and Chips (didn't make it last week) and salad
Wednesday Hot dogs and french fries
Thursday Beef and noodles, green beans, and macaroni and cheese.
Friday Pizza
Saturday Leftovers
Sunday Pork Chops, baked beans, and biscuits.
