I thought my trash picking days were over for awhile but when I saw this pretty outdoor bench at my neighbors house, I knew I had to pick it up. My problem I don't know where to put it. I never was much of a decorator.
So here are the three spots that I'm considering:
First, I had it here by the walkway leading up to the door.
Next, I put it by the front window. It's kind of sitting crooked so I would have to shore it up.
Last, but not least, I put it in the bushes, with hostas surrounding it. What do you think?
By the way I have plenty of hostas, do you need some?

That's a great idea. I can't wait till it warms up for lots of flowers.
What a cute bench! I like it with the hostas too, and I think Rhonda's idea of a pot of flowers would be lovely. Great find!
I like all three but I think I'd put it by the house to be the easiest to maintain.
You'd have to move it to mow around it by the arbor..plus you already have some cute stuff there. I think it looks a little big by the hostas because of the bush. When the bush is fully leafed out it would hide a lot of the bench. By the house gives it a clear few. It's in a flower bed that already has to be maintained.
I also think you should put some kind of blooming plant in a pot on it. Or plant a vine to grow up one side. It's adorable. I wouldn't have been able to pass it up either.

You are so right Jenny..so many things to consider. I don't need another thing to maintain that's for sure!
walk way as it stands out there and not just one among many. A colorful pot with some kind of vining flowers (wavy petunias?) and a old watering can.

How cute! I like option three. No point giving me hostas. The voles would be lined up just waiting for me to put it in ground so they could eat it. :( Do you need a bench next to the veggie garden for iced tea breaks?
I love the bench on the grass that way you might actually sit in it and use it. Although I do like it in the hostas too. But it would only be a decorator accent there.
I would have snatched that up also, I liked it by the trellis. I would put potted plants on it.
Oh you have a weeping willow! I love those trees!
Watering can and petunias sound so pretty. I need a old steel rusty looking watering can.

It's a dilemma of where to put it for sure. in the hostas the squirrels and outside cats would love it I bet!
