The Grand kids are over and sleeping peacefully. The youngest had a great time playing school last night and the oldest sharpened pencils on the new pencil sharpener.
They went to bed happy and are still sleeping hard.
Oh my goodness I thought I had woke them up about 30 minutes ago. I decided to make cinnamon rolls in the bread machine (they are mixed and the first rise is in the machine). I didn't put the bucket in there right and the whole thing fell off the cabinet. The top rolled over and hit the computer room door.
I put the dough bucket back in,the top back on, and it started back without a problem. Now for my heart to beat regularly again.

All the racket and no one even stirred. Not a beep.
How's it going in your neck of woods?

I am really surprised they slept through that! Our bucket comes loose and makes a real racket sometimes but the machine has never fallen on the floor......yet!
ReplyDeleteI'll be watching it better next time for sure.
DeleteYum! Cinnamon rolls are the best!
ReplyDeleteGlad your breadmaker is ok. Mine has a tendency to "walk" across the counter when it is kneading.
I think kids can sleep through anything. My son slept through a 5.1 earthquake on Sunday. :D
I'm pretty sure mine as walking and I didn't have a clue. Man that earthquake was something. So funny your son slept through it.
DeleteOh that is so hilarious! My heart would be racing too.
ReplyDeleteI sure wish I could taste those cinnamon rolls!
So thankful the computer room door was shut!
