It's still hot here and very dry.  I should have watered the garden yesterday but time got away from me.  Maybe if there is a break from school this morning I can get out there and water before it's too late in the day.

I'm also thinking of switching the menu already and just having Hot dogs on the grill today.  Getting used to this new schedule of online school is kind of hard but very interesting.

Monday       Spaghetti with hot dog bun garlic bread

Tuesday       Taco Tuesday (I have a Taco Bell Kit)

Wednesday  Hot dogs w/ Homemade Fries (grandchildren are just not so sure about my homemade fries- they are not thin and square like Mcdonald's)

Thursday      Eat out

Friday           Salmon Patties, fried Potatoes, and sliced tomatoes

Saturday       Grill Out (Chicken, Hamburgers)

Sunday          Left Overs

a duck and a chicken

Every morning I'm greeted by a duck and a chicken outside my office window.  After I tell them good morning, I tell them to go home, and they usually do.

Your menu sounds good, Vickie. We often have the hot dog bun garlic bread here too. LOL

Love your duck and chicken crew! Cheering you on as you begin the school year!

Yep it's a great way to get rid of those extra buns. Not sure how we end up with those!

Thanks Lana, Maybe that's what they do every morning too!

I hope school is going well. The schools opened here this week with tons of restrictions.

It's hot, hot, hot here & humid. So I'm watering as little as I can get by with.

Still putting up a few pints of tomatoes a week.
Grandson comes back on Wed. which means....5AMs again. My break wasn't long enough.

I'm doing my tomatoes tonight. Right now I'm freezing more corn.
Oh man breaks either seem long or too short. 5 am comes early.
Online school is a mess for us but we are struggling through it.

We have had storms on and off all day. Right now, sky is dark again. Good time for staying inside and reading. Have a blessed week!

I bet those storms feel good. Reading is so good on those days!
