Menu Plan for this Week 6/10/19!

It's another rainy day here in Michigan but I'm so glad I've got the garden in!   Yeah!  Just has I finished I could hear the birds already plotting to see how they could get the bean seed out of the ground!  Oh, the life of a gardener.

After that whirlwind gardening session, I'll just tell the truth, I'm exhausted.  Yep, the extreme gardening got to me!  So easy meal today and for the next few days!  I'll catch up on grand kids, cleaning, reading, and sewing (not necessarily in that order).

What I plan to put on the table this week:

Monday         Turkey Noodle Soup (frozen meal) and grilled cheese

Tuesday         He is having Wilted lettuce,  green onion with Fried cornbread (frozen from last week) and I'm having a big nice salad (lettuce and onions are from the grow bag garden).

Wednesday     Big pot of Hamburger Stew

Thursday        Left overs

Friday            Grilled chicken and sweet potatoes

Saturday         Oldest daughter is taking out her Dad for dinner (we are tagging along) -I misunderstood and thought it was last week.  Yep, we had hot dogs with chili sauce that day.

Sunday            Happy Father's Day!  I'm grilling him out steaks and ribs, baked potato, and a salad.  Depending on how I feel he just may get a pie (apple pie is his favorite).
