We harvested and dehydrated green beans this summer so we can enjoy shuck beans when winter finally comes.  I learned how to cook them a long time ago from my husband's mother in Kentucky.  There are other great old time Appalachia dishes like mine listed in this post, 6 Incomparable Appalachian Dishes From The Old Days!  A great read and I can't wait to try some!  It was great to be featured.
