Do you ever get back from vacation and think I never want to eat out again? Even though we had some great food, that's the way I feel today. I think anything I make will taste great!
I want easy, so I can get caught up with things. So today because it's warm it will be burgers on the grill.
Monday Hamburgers on the grill (mine will be a big mac salad).
Tuesday Breakfast for dinner: Bacon, Eggs. and low carb toast
Wednesday Whole Chicken in the crockpot and a salad
Thursday Chicken Salad sandwiches and twice baked sweet potatoes
Friday Hamburger Stew (without potatoes)
Saturday Leftover Hamburger stew (I think I'll put a can of pinto beans in it for today)
Sunday Cheat meal: Chicken and Dumplings (made with leftover turkey)

We have grilled a couple of times but I need to plan meals that can go on the grill mow. I just don't think of doing so. I have a roast thawed that needs to go in the oven for tonight but the power has been off and on with storms passing through this afternoon.
