The weather is getting to be more like Fall here. The weather is staying more on the cold side but we still have some warm some days.
I love putting in the leftover or out to eat day for Wednesday. The week gets busy sometimes and we need a break.
The diet has been going better this week -stayed mostly on Trim Healthy Mama and lost a few pounds that I had gained! It helps also to plan the weekly menu for dinner so I'm not trying to figure out that day what to eat.
Menu Plan for the Week of Oct 19
Sunday..........Sausage and SauerKraut, Soup Beans (pinto)
Monday .......Baked Chicken (we will be going to the local Sam's Club and we always get one!)
Tuesday ........Fajitas (made with leftover chicken with onions and peppers from the garden)
Wednesday.....Leftovers (or out to eat!)
Friday............Pork Chops (this always makes my husband happy!)
Saturday.........Breakfast for dinner- Bacon, Eggs, and Fried Apples.
