My Top Goals for the Week 2/1/16

My Top Goals for the Week 2/1/16- My fruit basket
My fruit basket is also my favorite place to dry my plastic bags!

We broke our No Spend January a couple of hours early last night to go to Aldi to buy some oranges. I have a cold and husband wants me to eat more citrus.  So we stocked up on oranges (4 lbs for $1.89), Red Delicious Apples (5 lb for $1.19), and Red Potatoes (5 lb for $1.09). We also bought milk (gallon for $1.69) and butter.

With No spend January over we are planning our strategy today.  I didn't save quite enough for our bedroom makeover so we are doing a low spend February! We will up the grocery bill budget  $20 to make it $60 a week.  So today's goal is to shop for the week and kind of stock up a little but still watch our grocery bill. We are headed to Sam's next - that can be a dangerous place.

I'd like to blame the lack of bible reading on my cold but I can't. There was just no excuse...I plan to get with it this week and get working on those priority goals. They are both important.

Here is what I accomplished this past week:

Read the Bible more!  A couple of times.

Watching my diet!  This is very hard!

Write a Book review.  I reviewed Promise Lodge by Charlotte Hubbard

Make jam from frozen berries stashed in the freezer.

Clean the silver ware drawer plus the two gadget drawers.

Clean the shelves and take inventory of my vegetables that I've canned.

Help oldest daughter with basement (almost done)

Walk in the mall a couple of times.

Go to Sunday School again next week.  Stayed home sick with a cold.

Earn at least 15 Swagbucks a day.

Here is what I hope to accomplish this week:

High Priority List

Read the Bible more!

Office Work:

Wash the ceiling.

Personal Goals
