Menu Plan for the Week of 3/5/18!

I realized this past week that there is some stuff in my pantry that I tend to skip over.  Two of them I'm going to make sure I use this week, sauerkraut and salmon.  We love them both but I just haven't made the effort to put them on the menu.  Do you have items that you tend to overlook?

I would also love to start freezer cooking more this week.  The busy gardening season is  up and would be nice to have something to just stick in the oven.  So I plan on taking a few hours this week to do that after I grocery shop.  



Monday                       Pork chops, mashed potatoes, and green                                        beans

Tuesday                       leftover Pork chop dinner

Wednesday                 Salisbury steak, seasoned fries, and biscuits

Thursday                     Spaghetti

Friday                           Salmon Cakes and fries

Saturday                       Out to eat

Sunday                         Sauerkraut and smoked sausage and 
                                       baked potato
