We are settling in to eating better around here. I think the hardest part is the making breakfast. You know all those dirty dishes especially the pots and pans are driving me crazy. I love to get up early but I don't want to work ha ha. So this morning I made up enough chocolate waffles (low carb) to freeze. Pretty soon I'll be just grabbing some of the breakfast and dinners out of the freezer. I like that.
I know we will make mistakes but here is my menu for this week. I want to make it clear that I'm not an expert! I'm making this way of eating something we can live with and I'll learn as I go, I guess. I love all the suggestions I have been given have been especially helpful! In fact if you have any more I would appreciate it.
Monday Ham, sweet potatoes, green beans
Tuesday Ham and cheese omelettes
Wednesday Chicken fajitas with low carb wraps (freezer meal from last week)
Thursday Lasagna Stuffed Chicken (I'll use cottage cheese and make enough to freeze for another meal).
Friday Big Mac Salad
Saturday Leftovers
Sunday Out to eat
