Menu Plan for this Week 9/10/18

Did you ever make a dinner and then realize it did not fill you or your family up?  I found that out with Baked Chicken last week.  Everyone was hungry and I'm saying to them but I made dinner!  So this week we will have baked chicken again but a sweet potato and a humdinger of a salad on the side.  I hope that does it for us.   

Oh do I miss those filling mashed potatoes!  Nope,  cauliflower, radishes, or rutabaga are just not the same!  They just can't replace potatoes in my world.  You can see I have problems with sides on this low carb diet.    Update:  I have lost 19 pounds and he has lost 20.  We love  this way of eating!

Monday             Leftover Pork Chops and Green Beans

Tuesday             Pizza on a low carb crust

Wednesday        Spaghetti with spaghetti squash noodles

Thursday            Leftovers

Friday                 Out to eat

Saturday             Baked Chicken, sweet potato, and a Salad

Sunday               Chicken fajitas
