Tis the season to be busy! Is it just me or did Christmas come faster this year? I feel like I'm going at top speed how about you? I've decided I'm going to make every easy meal I know this week in order to accomplish some things. Otherwise my week will consist of making breakfast, lunch, and dinner then washing dishes!
I'm slowing down tonight and having some crafting fun with the grandkids tonight after dinner. We are going to make that gingerbread train that I bought at Aldi's last week. It will be a good time for all of us.
Here is what I plan on having on the dinner table this week:
Monday Leftover Pork Chops and soup beans (Homemade hamburgers for the grandkids)
Tuesday Tuna fish sandwiches (we found this wonderful bread at Meijer's called Sola..3 net carbs per slice) and sweet potato fries
Wednesday Easy stuffed peppers and green beans
Thursday Meatloaf (freezer meal) and a salad
Friday Leftovers
Saturday Slow Cooker Chicken with rosemary and thyme, and a salad
Sunday Out to eat
