My Menu Plan for this Week 7/1/19!

Grilled Rosemary Pork Chops

I can't believe it's already the Fourth of July week!   The great thing this year is that it's going to be summer and I'm so glad!   This morning we are going on a boat ride right near the Canadian border (day trip).  The kids plan on swimming right after so it will be a fun trip.  Drinks are going in the cooler and snacks are going in a bag.  We will be ready for the hungry's!

Have a great day today!

Monday            Out to eat (going on a boat ride near Canada-we will take snacks)

Tuesday            BLT's

Wednesday       Grilled Rosemary Pork chops, sweet potatoes, and corn

Thursday           Fourth of July  (grill out)  Hot dogs, hamburgers, and spareribs- sides for the next three days will be salad, green beans, potato chips, baked potatoes,  and baked beans

Friday                Grilled out food

Saturday            Grilled out food

Sunday               Happy Birthday dinner out- I'm making her a strawberry cake.

  1. The boat ride sounds fun! Enjoy!

Yesterday we had red beans and rice with smoked sausage, green beans. sliced tomatoes and corn muffins

Monday-oven fried chicken thighs, the rest of the red beans and rice, fried cabbage and the rest of the corn muffins, salad

    Tuesday-??

Wednesday is Pizza out at our favorite pizza place with a Groupon I got for half retail price

Thursday=grilled hamburgers, potato salad, baked beans, corn on the cob and I will make a dessert

Friday-we are going up to the NC mountains to our DIL family vacation house. I offered to bring ribs which they all love since they are always feeding us when we go up. They are doing the sides and we are celebrating our youngest grandchild's 2nd birthday a bit early.

Saturday is I don't know but likely some leftover ribs and whatever

    Happy 4th of July week!
